photographed and described potato recipes – from delicious Potato Wedges with Hazelnut and Red Pepper Relish to lavish Linguini with Potatoes and
Broccoli.
The recipes all underline the fact that by replacing the saturated fats usually associated with the enjoyment of potatoes – like butter – with
healthier unsaturated fats – like olive oil – or by frying using Mild & Light Olive Oil, you can still enjoy your spuds but in a far healthier way.
